Hi! I’m Adrienne.
After struggling with stress, anxiety, and panic attacks for years, I finally crashed.
I was constantly exhausted and completely burnt out.
It turned out that I had developed Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS) and my life as I knew it had changed.
From tests to supplements to medications, it was an incredibly long and VERY expensive process that lead me right back to where I started.
Stuck. Tired. Frustrated.
All I really knew was that I had to find another way to live my life.
So I began to research.
And everything I read seemed really out of touch.
All the advice on nutrition and healing seemed like it was written for people who had tons of money and time (and energy).
I felt like a square peg trying to fit into a round hole.
Things Had To Change
I learned everything I could about burnout, exhaustion, and CFS. And everything I read led me to right back to stress.
I realized that after living a life filled with stress and anxiety, it’s no wonder that I crashed.
I had to make big changes in how I was living my life.
So I went back to school for nutrition and found passions that actually fill me up (like writing!)
I was forced to change a stressful corporate job to one that I actually love. Now I get to support myself by writing, helping others, and supporting some really exciting online businesses!
I Finally Found Freedom From Stress
This meant that I had:
- Energy to follow my passions
- The strength to set boundaries and to say no
- Freedom & independence
- A soulful career
- Reignited passion for creativity
- The ability to say YES to the things that truly light me up (and no to the things that don’t!)
It is my life’s mission to teach other people that it IS possible to change your life and reduce stress.
And most importantly, it doesn’t have to cost a lot or take a lot of time. I’m here to show you how.
